The Catherine Martin Mellage Division of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians was installed into the order on April 6, 2023. The division is located in Wake County North Carolina. We meet in Raleigh at the Knights of Columbus hall on the second Sunday of every month, excluding June and August.
Our Mission
We aim to strengthen our Roman Catholic faith, support our country and communities, and preserve the religion, history, culture, and traditions of our Irish heritage through our motto of Friendship, Unity and Christian Charity.
Our Principals
1. To promote FRIENDSHIP, UNITY AND CHRISTIAN CHARITY.
2. To foster and sustain loyalty to the Roman Catholic Church and foster and sustain loyalty to the United States of America among its members.
3. To aid and advance by all legitimate means the aspiration and endeavors of the Irish people for complete and absolute independence.
4. To foster the ideals and perpetuate the history and traditions of the Irish people and to promote Irish culture.
